Who We Are

Each day, entrepreneurs, small business leaders and managers all over the world look to Wayne Kenneth to build actionable capabilities so that they can turn great ideas into sustainable action – giving us a unique opportunity to empower them to build a brighter future for their businesses, stakeholders and the communities they serve.

Our Founding Principle

As a rule, the founding principle of Wayne Kenneth establishes that humanity and its institutions in the 21st will face far greater human challenges than at any other time throughout the history of civilization largely due to the accelerating pace of change and mounting complexity. Indeed, several of these challenges are delicate and complex. Especially, such challenges include rapid technological advancements, as well as fragile social-economic states, commensurate among others. Accordingly, addressing those challenges will require a global dialogue and collaboration between people from all walks of life bringing with them an entrepreneurial spirit, compassion for humanity and a passion for leading and operating small businesses. For this purpose, to be successful, together we will need to develop original paradigms of thinking. Above all, evolving a mindfulness that breaks the mould of thought which created, will continue to create, and as well, exasperate these challenges we must confront.

Developing Action Mindsets

At Wayne Kenneth, every day we nurture and develop that entrepreneurial spirit through empowering small businesses to bring their ideas to life, to grow faster and achieve longevity by working smarter, not harder, as they set about meeting markets needs, turning dreams into reality and tackling the challenges of the 21st century.  First and foremost, we recognise that the entrepreneurial spirit essential to small business success is a mindset. Particularly, it’s an attitude and approach to thinking that actively seeks out change, rather than waiting to adapt to change. For this purpose, it’s a mindset that embraces critical questioning, scientific thinking, creativity, innovation, service and continuous improvement. Above all,  putting that mindset to work demands developing the practical capabilities to bring ideas to fruition and drive business sustainability.

Improving Small Business Success

The fact of the matter is that there are no shortcuts to successful entrepreneurship, small business leadership and management. On balance, it requires special capabilities to get the journey underway and even more unique capabilities, such as resourcefulness, to sustain the journey and build a strong company that endures.  Undoubtedly, there is no escaping the fact that many promising business ideas never see the light of day, while many others fail the passage of time after testing, prototyping and going to market. All things considered,  most often this high failure rate directly links to inadequate capability. Here at Wayne Kenneth, each day we go about changing that.

Focusing on What Matters Most

This is the heart and spirit of who we are here at Wayne Kenneth: A dedicated group of business facilitating advisors working with entrepreneurs, small business leaders and managers all over the world focused on building actionable capabilities that improve small business success rates, one business at a time.  So that together, we all can change the world and make it a better place.
